How do I request a refund or reduce my parking time?

Once a parking session has started, the time cannot be shortened. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you were charged in error or would like a session reviewed, go to Menu › Support › Contact Us and submit a request with:

  • Your session ID

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Refunds depend on the rules for the location where the session occurred. Please note that not all sessions are eligible for refunds.
