What happens if I enter the wrong email during Guest Checkout?

If you enter the wrong email address during Guest Checkout, you may not receive a receipt when your parking session ends.

If you need proof of payment:

  • Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen after submitting payment

  • Keep the session ID, which can be used to locate your payment

If you need help retrieving a receipt or confirming payment, go to Menu › Support › Contact Us. Our support team can try to help track it down.
