Why can’t I start a session even though I’m in the right zone?

You may not be able to start a session if:

  • The zone is not active at that time

  • Parking is currently free

  • The zone has permit-only or restricted rules

  • You’ve reached the maximum allowed time for that zone

If payment is required, the app will prompt you to start a session. Always check posted signage for confirmation.
