Passport Parking support can’t dismiss or resolve parking citations. If you believe a ticket was issued in error, you will need to appeal the citation directly through the issuing authority.
Most parking citations include instructions for how to appeal, often by visiting the website listed on the ticket.
When submitting an appeal, you may be asked to provide:
Your parking session ID
Your name
Your license plate number
The date and time of the parking session
You can find your session ID by going to Menu › History and selecting the session.
