I entered the wrong zone or license plate — what should I do?

Once a parking session has started, the zone and license plate cannot be changed.

To avoid a ticket:

  • Start a new session with the correct zone and vehicle information.

  • Go to Menu › Support › Contact Us and submit a request so the incorrect session can be reviewed.

If the incorrect zone belongs to a different city, the session cannot be transferred and must be replaced with a new session in the correct location.

When contacting support, include the session ID from the incorrect session. You can find this by going to Menu › History and selecting the session.

Refunds or voids are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and depend on the rules for the location where you were parked.
