The app isn’t loading or is crashing — what should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app.

If the issue continues:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app

  • Delete and reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play

If you need to start parking right away, you can also use Mobile Pay Web at park.passportparking.com.

If problems persist, go to Menu › Support › Contact Us or email [email protected] for help.
