You can view and manage certain details of an active parking session by tapping on the session card in the app or web experience.
From the Active Session details, you can:
View session information, including:
Session ID
Zone
Vehicle or space
Start and end time
Payment method
Extend your parking time, if extensions are allowed for that zone and location.
Stop parking early, if early stops are supported for that zone and location.
Add a validation code, as long as you do so before the session ends.
Set up receipts, which lets you enter an email address so receipts are automatically emailed to you when future sessions end.
Email a receipt, which sends a one-time receipt for the current session.
What you cannot change during an active session:
You cannot change the vehicle, space number, or zone.
You cannot change the payment method once the session has started.
Availability of features like extending or stopping parking depends on the rules set for the location where you’re parked.
