How do I enter a validation or discount code?

You can apply a validation or discount code either when starting a parking session or while a session is active.

When starting a session:

  1. On the checkout screen, tap Redeem next to “Do you have a validation code?”

  2. Enter the code in the pop-up window.

  3. Submit the code.

During an active session: open your active session details and follow the same steps to redeem a code. You must enter the code before the session ends in order to receive the discount.

In both scenarios, if the code is valid, the pop-up will close and the updated discounted amount will appear on the screen.

If the code is not valid, you’ll see an error message in the pop-up.

Validation or discount codes cannot be added after a session has ended.
