Yes. You can manage and park multiple vehicles using one Passport Parking account.
To add and manage vehicles: go to Menu › Vehicles.
To park another vehicle: select New Session and choose the correct license plate and zone.
You can have multiple active sessions at the same time, just be sure to select the correct vehicle each time.
